I've often used - and occasionally loved - Delta 400, but I've recently lost the trick of it, or I've become pickier. The new T-Max seems to set the standard for fast Tgrain films.

I have found Delta 400 quite a disappointment. It has given me more grain in Xtol than Tri-X in HC-110 for no advantage. I find T-Max 400 a much better film for someone wanting something more modern than Tri-X.

actually matt...these look good...they're not particularly flat. they could use a little more contrast...but delta 400 is already a hard film to get right...exposure must be spot on! good stuff here.
