Film Notes
I’ve been keeping notes on development times, temps etc for years, but they’ve been scattered across notebooks, negative sleeves and film boxes, until now. I’m putting them all online in a google docs spreadsheet. I’ve only transcribed the data for the last 35 rolls so far, but I should have the rest of it up in a week or so. These notes are mostly for my own benefit, but I suspect others will find value in them as well. You can see the whole spreadsheet here.
90 minutes’ continuous agitation – you use a drum roller, I take it? How were the results with the Rodinal?
Very interesting – thanks
Max

Max, continuous agitation for the first minute only. After that, no agitation. I’ll post some shots from that roll tomorrow.
Matt – if there was some way of linking posted images on the website to entries in the spreadsheet that would be an extremely valuable resource…
Paul, the first four digits of each image file name (usually included in the post title) correspond to the roll number, so they are linked, if somewhat manually. Just put a roll number into the search box, and you should get everything posted from that roll. I might work on making that more convenient.
Very very interesting, thanks Matt! And I see you do shoot a *lot* more than you post.
Sebastian, yeah, a lot of stuff never hits the website, either because it sucks or because I move on to the next thing too quickly.
