I like Ilford's Gold Fibre Silk and Galerie Smooth Pearl for papers. Both are beautiful papers when fed good scans. I'm a bit happier with this. Compensating developers like diluted rodinal make keeping the highlight down easy, but they lower the highlight contrast so much that it's hard to tease out any detail.
