Matt, does anyone ask you “why are you taking a photo of a plastic fence?” or do you do it when no one is looking.
I was once concentrating hard taking a shot of leaves and bark on the ground. It made an appealing abstract pattern. I did not realize that a guy was standing behind me, watching me take a photo of the ground. When I finished he said “I give up”.
You should stare at them intensely and say “can’t you see it?” then gaze up to the sky as if awaiting further instructions. People would soon learn to leave you in peace.

You need a change… try to look for a job in a new place… New York, Paris, Rome, London, you name it… just try to change your environment, I am getting worried for you…

Every once in a while somebody asks me what’s so interesting. I try to give straightforward answers.
I was recently stopped by a guy that turned out to be the photo-editor of the paper, but it turned out he just wanted to talk about his new D3.
