These are fantastic! I see a clear progression and the last one is almost too subtle to bear. Perfect high-key work and a fine example that a series confers more meaning to the single images it is composed of.
Chapeau!

Everyone, thanks for the kind words. This was my second trip to the Milwaukee Museum of Art. It’s a fabulous building with an interesting collection, particularly in the area of contemporary art. The second time around I found it much easier to see the details of the building. It’s got the bones of some sort of monstrous pre-historic sea creature from space.
Wow, what a great entry. I’m hungover so I don’t have much intelligent to say otherwise :p. How did you meter the exposure? The rooms are quite bright but still exposed perfectly.
Sebastian, the metering was fairly straightforward. The camera was on AE and a dialed in +1 exposure to put the whites where I wanted them. You gotta love the exposure latitude of film.
WOW! Very impressive shots. Perfect exposure, beautiful composition. Clean and pure. Some of the best of your pictures.
And I’m not just saying that because the Robots have programmed me to appreciate their aesthetic…

These are all extremely good. Beyond the aesthetics, the technique looks as good as it gets in this medium. Great stuff Matt !

is that the new super power center the scientologists are building in clearwater?
Heh, good guess. It’s just the Milwaukee Museum of Art. That scientology building looks boring by comparison.
Holy crap! These are awesome!
